The venture was started by Josh Rand and Brad Woodall. Brad and Josh recognized an increased demand in the market starting in 2023 for sellers facing foreclosure due to inflationary environment and the strains that the pandemic put on homeowners. Josh Rand is licensed in Attorney in Georgia. Originally from Chicago, IL but a long time Georgia resident and a graduate of University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!). Josh has been focused in Real Estate Law since graduating law school and passing the Bar and has closed over 15,000 real estate transactions during his tenure in the business.

Brad Woodall is a full-time Real Estate Investor and licensed Real Estate Agent (with OneSource). Brad is a Georgia native. He grew up in Cobb County and is a graduate of Kennesaw State University. Over nearly a decade, Brad has helped hundreds and hundreds of homeowners get through some pretty complicated situations and get cash in their pockets selling their homes.
